It is a program for intercultural and academic enrichment for Catholic students of different cultures.

Students between the ages of 11 and 15 years have the opportunity, during two months, to live with a family and attend a catholic private school. Students involved improve their language skills and learn to develop new friendships, as they live in an environment far from their homes.

Voluntary family homes are carefully and personally chosen by the program coordinators and leaders of the communities.

Many prestigious Private Catholic schools, located in Louisiana, Alabama, Ohio, Wisconsin, Georgia, Colombia, and Guatemala have participated in the CATHOLIC STUDENT EXCHANGE.

All catholic schools are excellent, academic oriented, have strong leadership, values and discipline. They are open to the Program´s students.

Through CATHOLIC STUDENT EXCHANGE, students have the opportunity to relate with other cultures, firsthand. They learn how to manage their own finances and stand on their own in a new environment. Being away from home, solving their own problems, sharing and valuing what they have and who they are will be an unforgettable experience for life. These kinds of experiences facilitate students’ ability to be excellent ambassadors of their family, school and country.

Every Student has the Opportunity of:

  • Improving comprehension, practice, reading and writing skills in Spanish and English.
  • Living with a Christian catholic family with strong moral and religious values.
  • Getting to know the customs of the community, school and culture where they live.
  • Participating in academic, artistic, religious, sport and social activities of school and community
  • Sharing the rich values of their culture
