He has been in charge of many important positions: Cooperating Vicar of the Assumption, Archbishop Chancellor, Secretary for inter Diocesan Social Development, Chaplain for University Catholic Action, Regional Secretary for Pontificial Commission for Justice and Peace, for Central America, Mexico and Panama. Associate Researcher of Lovaina`s Catholic University in Belgium. Latin America Community Chaplain, Christ the King Parish, at Louisiana State University, in Baton Rouge (LSU). Baton Rouge Diocese, Pastor for St. Elizabeth Church and School Board. Founded St. Elizabeth Catholic Student Exchange Program (SEASE). Mrs. Diane Leblanc Founder and Advisor
Born on December 25, 1946, in New Orleans, Louisiana, Has lived 55 years in Paincourtville, La.
She graduated from St. Elizabeth School, Assumption High School, and Nicholls State University. She has been a teacher for 35 years, 28 of those years in Catholic Schools. Married to Tracy Leblanc, for 42 years. She has 3 wonderful children and 7 beautiful grandchildren. She is actively involved in St. Elizabeth School where she teaches. It is her job, her ministry, and her love. A part of what she loves about S.E.S. is the Catholic Student Exchange Program. She has always thought it was a great idea since the day Fr. Juan Ramon spoke to her. It has truly been a blessing, teachers, staff, principals, parish priests, and church parishioners. Throughout the years our common faith in God and our devotion to the blessed Mother have bonded friendships that last forever.
