Guatemala, the beautiful country with the spring weather, year round, has much to offer to its visitors. There is also much to do to help people in this developing nation. People are very thankful, friendly and appreciative. Their Catholic faith is strongly rooted. A mission trip to this country can change your views and feelings about other cultures. It becomes a lifetime opportunity to reach out and change the course of someone´s life, including your children´s. It changes many perspectives. Traveling and meeting new people helps extend friendship bonds and makes you realize there are so many things that are taken for granted. In essence, we are all ONE under One God. Everyone is created equally. Language is not a barrier anymore.

"Walking with Jesus, living in the light Trusting in my Savior, day and night. Walking in His Spirit, going where it blows, Trusting in His graces, that´s how a Christian grows. Focus on this day, don´t worry about the next. Put on the yoke of Jesus, and give it your very best. First love the Lord, with all your might, Then love your neighbor, you´ll be walking in the light! Speak out the good news, help those in need. Have a servant´s heart, and die to worldly greed. Be kind and gentle, always do what´s right. In this world of darkness, you´ll be holding up the light!
